Main steps for the procedures are as follows
1. Appointment for the consultation
Please make an appointment using attached our mail-form, explaining your present situation like period of your stay, your status of residence, and so on with your request.
The date and time and the place for the consultation will be informed to you by mail.
If your condition is imminent or it is difficult for you to send E-mail, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone.
2. Consultation
On the appointed date, we will meet and confirm your request in detail. Then the conditions of the contract will be explained to you. It will be made with your understanding and agreement.
* Please note that 7000yen/hour is required on you in this consultation except you make above contract with us.
3. Start the procedures
After your payment based on the contract is done, the procedures will start.
For this procedures, we may ask you to get some documents which it is hard for us to obtain (for example copies of your family register issued by your home country).
When we receive your request, we need your true and correct explanations for preparing the application.
All of applications based on your wrong or false declaration must be rejected. It is easy for the investigation office to find out the errors and lies.
Even if you are not in a proper condition for the application, you may have a chance to be approved with our assistance. So please do not hesitate to tell us the truth and what you are worried about.
We will do the action to the Immigration Bureau for you. Basically, you do not have to go there for your application, except when the office want to meet you.
Usually, it takes 1 to 3 months (about 6 months to 1 year for permanent residency) to get a conclusion after your application has been done, and it will be informed to us.
4-1. Approved
When the application is approved, new residence card will be sent to our office. You can receive it from us after you settle actual costs and additional fee.
4-2. Rejected
(A) In spite of your correct declaration
The settlement of the contract will be done with our payback 30% of the fee (offset the actual costs and additional fee) to you.
But please do not give up to get approval. We can assist you for your re-application in the 50% of the fee as far as you are honest and reliable to us and the reason of the rejection is not fundamental.
(B) Your lies or wrong information occur the rejection
There are no money to return to you. Moreover, you have to pay the actual costs and additional fee.

Hearing from you will be held in several times as necessary.
The actual approval is judged by the Japanese Ministry of Justice. There is no guarantee to the issuance of visa after you make your visa application. Please be aware and understand it.
